We are so excited to announce that we will begin seeing non-emergency patients for their dental care again as of Friday, May 29th.

Our team is working diligently to get all appointments that had been postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic shut down and to reach out to those who have contacted us with dental concerns to be scheduled.  Please be patient with us as we work through these lists chronologically.

We have implemented a number of new safety measures in accordance with the Michigan Department of Public Health, CDC and Michigan Dental Association to add to our already extensive infection control protocols.

  1. Face masks or face coverings will be required to enter our office and should be worn at all times when not receiving treatment.
  2. Guests/companions will not be allowed in the treatment rooms unless absolutely necessary.  We also ask that these guests/companions remain in their car during your appointment time.
  3. Please call us when you arrive so we can let you know when your treatment provider is available.  We are trying to minimize the number of people in our reception area as much as possible.
  4. When making appointments, we will go through a series of screening questions per the Michigan Department of Public Health, CDC and Michigan Dental Association.  These same questions will need to be answered the day of your appointment.  For those that already have appointments scheduled, we will be reaching out to you two weeks in advance of your appointment also.
  5. You will be asked to utilize hand sanitizer upon your arrival and we will be taking your temperature prior to being seated for your appointment to check for fever.
  6. There may be times that updates or completion of patient forms will be required.  You may consider bringing your own writing instrument.
  7. You will notice our clinical team wearing additional gear (PPE).  This is in accordance with the Michigan Department of Public Health, CDC and Michigan Dental Association recommendations.
  8. We have installed new medical grade HEPA air filtration units through-out the office.

As always, we are here to answer any questions you have in addition to taking care of any urgent dental needs.  Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this difficult process.  We look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces again soon!
